Ramadhan-The Most blessed month

Ramadhaan is the most blessed and a great month. On the last day of sha’baan, Rasulullah(SAW) has mentioned the virtues on this blessed month. The virtues of Ramadhan are

*This month has a night greater in virtue than a thousand months.

*It is in this month in which Allah has made fasting compulsory by day.

* Taraaweeh made sunnah by night.

*Whoever intends drawings near to Allah by performing virtuous deeds, he will get the reward like the one who has performed a fardh in any other time.

*Whoever performs a fardh in this month will be blessed with the reward of seventy faraa-idh performed any othe time.

*This is indeed a month of patience. Reward of true patience is Paradise.

*This is the month of sympathy with one’s fellowmen.

*A true believer’s rizq is increased in this blessed month.

*A person who feeds another person who fasted, in order to break the fast, the feeder gets forgiven from all sins and emancipication from the fire of Jahannam(Hell). He also gets the same reward as one who fasted.

*The first half of this blessed month brings Allah’s Mercy.

*The Second half of this blessed month brings Allah’s forgiveness.

*The last of which brings emancipation from the fire of Jahannam.

4 things should be performed in great numbers during this month:

Two to please Allah

Two is those with which we cannot do

1.Recite Kalimah Tayyibah : Laailaah illallah MuhammaduRasulullah.

2.Make much Istighfaar: Begging Allah’s forgiveness with Astaghfirullah.

3.Beg to Allah, for entrance into Paradise

4.Seek refuge in Him from Jahannam

*whoever lessens the burden of his servants during Ramadhan, Allah will forgive him and free him from the fire of jahannam.

*Whoever gives a person who fasted water drink, Allah will give him water to drink from Rasullullah(SAW) fountain. That person will never feel thirsty until he enters jannat.Qur'an
